Job summary

LGCY Power is hiring a Solar Installer in California to join our residential installation team. You will work with a crew to install solar systems safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service for every home.

You will help train others, follow AHJ/Utility/NEC guidelines, and communicate clearly with customers. The role includes lifting, climbing, travel up to 60%, and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of solar/roofing/electrical experience.
• Ability to interpret plan sets and follow safety procedures.
• Proven communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment and positive customer interactions.
• Test components while the system is operating and assist with training crew.
