Job summary

LGCY Power in Escondido, CA is seeking a Solar Installer to join our residential team. You will help install solar systems safely and efficiently, contribute to a culture of safety and quality, and support the crew to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing installation processes, testing components while live, mentoring crew, ensuring OSHA and NEC compliance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior solar/roofing/electrical experience.
• Ability to interpret plan sets and adapt to site conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee the installation process and ensure it exceeds company standards
• Be a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
• Testing system components while the system is operating
• Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
• Understand and abide to AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements and guidelines
• Help train and mentor crew team members
• Ensure all crew members understand and adhere to OSHA and/or LGCY safety procedures
• Clean and prepare vans at the end of each day
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned
