Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; ability to identify Lock Out/Tag Out.
• Effective verbal and written English communication; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure adherence to safe work practices.
• Operate and care for company property, equipment, and tools.
• Service solar equipment across multiple plants under supervision.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting and maintenance with monitoring programs.
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports of work performed.
• Respond to on-call requests for emergency repairs.
• Collaborate on process improvements and coordinate with EPC management.
