RWE is seeking a Senior Solar Farm Technician in Cantua Creek, California, to manage on-site safety and operate renewable energy systems across multiple plants. You'll supervise contractor activities, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a related renewable energy field.
• Competent in power plant safety protocols and electrical safety.
• Willingness to travel to and from job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of renewable energy at all plants in a region.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of plant components.
• Perform operational analysis to support Asset Management.
