Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a Sr. Estimator to evaluate project information, review designs, create proposals, and determine costs for solar installations nationwide across the United States.

You will lead pricing for bids ranging from 1MW to 50+MW, solicit vendor quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver complete bid packages and a clear hand-off to Preconstruction and Construction teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior estimating experience in solar/construction.
• Background in general estimating, solar, construction management, or project management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review bid packages and develop high-quality pricing and proposals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive bid packages for submittal to client.
• Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor quotes; prepare complete bid packages.
