Job summary

Cleanleaf Energy is seeking an experienced Solar Electrician to lead field teams and mentor Solar Technicians. The candidate must hold an active journeyman license in the relevant state and demonstrate strong leadership and safety focus in day-to-day operations.

The Solar Electrician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar and battery installations, integrate with SCADA/DAS, and ensure documentation quality in the CMMS. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Solar Technician I/II team members.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations per standards.
• Perform Corrective Maintenance ensuring root cause is identified and corrected.
• Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issues and communicate with management and customers.
• Document work in Service Visit and Case in CMMS with proper grammar, photos, and checklists.
