Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR check.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Active journeyman license required.
• English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA/DAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Solar Technician I/II team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance on solar and battery installations.
• Perform corrective maintenance and identify root cause.
• Ensure work meets Cleanleaf O&M standards.
• Document all work in CMMS with proper notes and photos.
• Provide technical support for customer issues.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to diagnose onsite issues.
