Job summary

Cleanleaf Energy seeks a Solar Electrician to lead and train team members, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations, and ensure safety and quality across sites. The role requires a journeyman license, valid driver's license, and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

You'll document work in CMMS, interface with SCADA/DAS systems, and provide customer support as needed. Travel up to 50% and a focus on safety are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have and maintain an active journeyman license.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and internet navigation.
• Understanding OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Solar Technician I/II team members.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar and battery installations.
• Ensure work meets Cleanleaf O&M standards and completes tasks safely.
• Document work in Service Visits and CMMS with accurate notes and photos.
• Interface with SCADA/DAS systems and communicate with management and customers.
• Provide technical support for customer issues as requested.
• May perform other duties assigned by Area Supervisor or Regional Manager.
