Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on multi-state, utility-scale solar projects. You will coordinate with the Project Management team, align subcontractors, and drive safety and project schedules across sites.

The role requires strong leadership of direct reports, experience with electrical field operations, and the ability to travel extensively. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the VP of Electrical Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects.
• Journeyman or masters license or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• STS-C Certification at a minimum, or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• Experience leading direct reports and project teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple utility scale solar projects.
• Interface with Owners and plan resources at program level.
• Support superintendents in owner discussions and with subcontracts.
• Lead safety and quality control initiatives across sites.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and coordination of subcontracted resources.
• Mentor and evaluate performance of direct reports.
