Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on utility-scale solar projects. This role directs electrical construction, oversees safety and quality, and reports to the Vice President of Electrical Field Operations.

Expected to supervise multiple crews, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams, and drive on-time, on-budget project completion. Must have strong leadership, scheduling, and safety focus, with high travel across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects.
• Journeyman or masters license (including NASCLA) or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• STS-C Certification at a minimum or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• Experience leading and managing project teams with direct reports is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple utility-scale solar projects.
• Interface with owners and plan resources at program level.
• Support superintendents in owner discussions and with subcontracts.
• Coordinate with Project Management for subcontracts and schedules.
• Mentor direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
