Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Electrical Superintendent responsible for overseeing utility-scale solar site operations. You will provide coordination and supervision to forepersons and craft activities while maintaining safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have substantial electrical installation experience, supervisory capabilities, and knowledge of project safety. Emphasis on travel and the ability to manage significant teams are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety before all else and lead by example.
• Self-Perform Solar Construction Experience is highly preferred.
• 4-5 years previous experience as a General Foreman or 3 years as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise craft activities including determining method of construction.
• Coordinate electrical work with different crafts and contractors onsite.
• Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements.
• Assist in resolving construction problems.
• Delegate responsibility and assure its proper completion.
