Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on utility-scale solar projects across multiple states with high travel requirements. You will direct on-site electrical work, mentor crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors to meet schedules.

The role requires extensive solar project leadership experience, a strong electrical background, and the ability to operate across a multi-state portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects.
• Journeyman or masters license (NASCLA or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• STS-C Certification at a minimum, or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• Experience with multiple direct reports and strong leadership of project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple utility-scale solar projects.
• Interface with owner and plan resources at the program level.
• Support and mentor direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate subcontracts with Project Management team.
• Create and enforce safety and quality control practices.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate procurement and engineering schedules.
• Report on budgets and schedules to leadership.
