Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is seeking an ESP Electrical Foreman to lead a 3–12 person team responsible for installing solar PV systems. This is a hands-on field role requiring travel across the United States.

You will run daily safety meetings, follow SOPs, verify materials, coordinate permits, mentor junior crew, and ensure work meets codes and project plans with high quality.

Must be a Journeyman electrician with OSHA 30 and a read of drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical installation experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical supervision experience preferred.
• Solar experience highly preferred.
• Journeyman electrician license or verified experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of electricians, apprentices, and laborers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of daily work.
• Plan look-ahead with the superintendent for proper materials.
• Coordinate permits (hot work, dig permits) and equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment and uphold SOPs and regulations.
