Job summary

ESCO Security seeks a Solar Field Foreman to supervise daily solar system installations and coordinate resources for timely project completion. The role requires overseeing crew performance, safety, and adherence to NEC/local codes while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The candidate will travel to various project sites, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to meet deadlines and maintain a positive company image.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily solar installations and coordinate the crew.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes and safety policies.
• Review project documents and drawings to meet standards and client satisfaction.
• Plan and manage electrical installations and resource allocation.
• Monitor quality, productivity and deadlines on site.
• Communicate issues or changes to the project supervisor.
• Travel to project sites as needed (Monday–Thursday).
