Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a Removal & Reinstall Foreman to lead a 2–3 person crew through residential solar removals and reinstallations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with field teams and service crews.

You will manage installation workflows, review time sheets, train crew, and maintain strong communication with customers. Travel up to 15% and compliance with NEC and local codes are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience including 1 year of solar installation experience.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred.
• Prior experience leading teams of 2-4 preferred.
• Ability to pass a driving background check.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications up to date.

Responsibilities

• Lead removal and reinstallation of residential solar projects.
• Supervise a crew of 2–3 members and coordinate with service teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer experience on every project.
• Manage crew time sheets and logistics for installations.
• Review inventory and ensure materials are on site as needed.
• Follow NEC and local electrical codes in all work.
