Strata Clean Energy seeks a General Electrical Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise Electrical Superintendents on utility-scale solar sites across the United States, with travel required.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and deep knowledge of BOS systems, DC collection, grounding, and electrical testing procedures, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction supervision role.
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable electrical installation experience.
• Proficiency in installation, testing, acceptance, and repair of DC and medium voltage cables.
• Preference for candidates with electrical/renewable energy experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and develop working plans.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality electrical installations for solar projects.
• Lead field crews and monitor performance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and project management to align schedules.
• Ensure materials and equipment are on site per schedule and budget.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reporting and RFIs/submittals transmission.
