The role requires 4–15 years of legal experience in the solar industry, with strong capabilities in drafting and negotiating project agreements, tax equity facilities, and M&A documents.

Qualifications

• 4–15 years of legal experience in the solar industry.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating PPAs, EPCs, O&M, and other key project contracts.
• Experience with tax equity facilities, tax credit transfers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and drafting of PPAs, EPCs, O&M, procurement, REC agreements, tax equity facility documents, tax credit transfers, and related project documents.
• Project Development & Execution: Coordinate with development and finance teams to manage multiple projects.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Advise on FERC, state PUC regulations, interconnection agreements, and energy incentives.
• M&A & Finance: Lead project acquisitions and sales, sponsor equity, tax equity, and financing structures.
