Job summary

DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineering Solutions company, seeks a Director of Construction to lead the Project Delivery team. This role is remote within the U.S.

with 50% travel to project sites and the DEPCOM office as needed. The role oversees the successful execution of multiple large-scale solar projects from inception through completion, requiring strong project and construction management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication to ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality

Qualifications

• Construction leadership experience directing teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and deadlines.
• Strong budget development and cost-control capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Provide strategic guidance on contracting strategy, execution models, and risk management to optimize portfolio performance.
• Develop and mentor the project delivery team to foster growth and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence, safety culture, and continuous improvement across projects.
