Job summary

Blattner in Minnesota is hiring to lead field teams for Solar and BESS installation, overseeing crews and ensuring project milestones are met. You will manage costs, scheduling, safety, and issue resolution on-site, with data-driven coaching for assistants and forepersons.

The role requires at least 5 years supervising self-perform construction, a commitment to safety, and willingness to travel 100% with rotations to job sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews.
• Ability to independently resolve and escalate issues when needed.
• Progressive view on safety practices and program implementation.
• Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of self-perform Solar and BESS installation crews.
• Track and control costs and schedule at field level.
• Ensure overall safety of personnel within scope of work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the field in a timely manner.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.
