Job summary

Blattner Energy, LLC is looking for a Supervisor to manage teams of Solar and BESS installation crews. This role involves tracking project costs, ensuring safety, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision and be willing to travel extensively.

Competitive compensation ranges from $119,985.00 to $173,978 based on experience and qualifications, alongside benefits like a company truck, insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience supervising self‑perform construction crews.
• Ability to independently resolve and, when needed, address issues.
• Progressive view on safety practices and program implementation.
• Ability to pass an MVR check, background check, physical, and drug test.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Managing teams of self‑perform Solar and BESS installation crews.
• Tracking and controlling costs and schedule of the project at the field level.
• Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner.
• Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.
