Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction supervision experience, ideally with BESS and commercial solar work.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• STS certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project work and coordinate across engineering, estimating, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure contract compliance.
• Lead electricians and foremen, manage day-to-day performance and training needs.
• Plan methods, materials, equipment, and schedules; update forecasts and mitigate risk.
• Manage medium- and low-voltage electrical work and BESS installation.
• Review project specs to support setup, execution, inspections, and closeout per AHJ requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, utilities, and regulators for on-schedule delivery.
• Enforce safety, process controls, and documentation standards across electrical systems.
