The role involves updating training materials and running live sessions, with up to 8 days of travel per month. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Delivers high-quality software training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Delivers engaging, high-quality software training in-person and remotely.
• Updates and adapts training materials with input from subject matter experts.
• Runs virtual sessions from start to finish across Zoom, Teams and GoToWebinar.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers and manages small projects.
