Bluebeam, a Nemetschek brand, seeks a Software Trainer II to deliver engaging training across webinars, virtual classrooms, on-site sessions, and certification courses. You will rely on strong technical skills and adult-learning principles to help customers gain confidence and lasting value in Bluebeam’s products.

You will run sessions on Zoom, Teams, and GoToWebinar, update training materials, collaborate with customers and colleagues, and own small training projects.

Qualificações

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training materials for various audiences.
• Experience delivering both in-person and remote trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers high-quality in-person and remote software training across formats.
• Runs virtual sessions independently across Zoom, Teams, and GoToWebinar.
• Updates and adapts existing training materials with input from SMEs.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers to understand needs.
• Owns small projects, such as creation of new training modules.
