Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a Software Trainer II to deliver high-quality training across webinars, virtual classrooms, and on-site sessions. You will build customer confidence and ensure lasting value with Bluebeam’s products, while updating training materials and sharing SME input.

The role requires strong public speaking, technical aptitude, and the ability to adapt to diverse audiences, with travel up to 8 days per month. Pacific Time operations apply.

Qualifications

• Delivers high-quality in-person and remote software training, communicating clearly to diverse audiences.
• Delivers training with enthusiasm, strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Updates and adapts training materials with input from subject matter experts.
• Runs virtual sessions across Zoom, Teams, and GoToWebinar, managing the session end-to-end.
• Collaborates effectively with internal and external customers, listening to understand needs.
• Owns small projects like creating new training modules or managing sub-programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers engaging training across webinars, virtual classrooms, and on-site sessions.
• Manages session experience end-to-end from setup to delivery.
• Updates and refines training materials with SME input.
• Travels up to 8 days per month to support customer engagements.
