Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• Advanced certifications in testing (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) preferred.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC understanding.
• Edifecs certification and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure products meet standards.
• Develops test plans, schedules, and approaches.
• Writes test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios.
• Conducts walkthroughs with Test Managers and Project Leads.
• Performs tests to ensure proper operation and defect-free systems.
• Documents and communicates test results; supports issue resolution.
• Creates daily test metrics and reporting.
