Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years in related field.
• Advanced certifications in testing (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) preferred.
• Proven record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing across SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.

Aufgaben

• Develops and executes test plans, cases, and procedures to meet requirements.
• Writes test scripts, defines data for scenarios, and conducts walkthroughs.
• Performs tests to ensure defect-free operation of IT systems.
• Documents results, analyzes issues, and reports progress to management.
• Creates daily test metrics and contributes to future configurations.
• Collaborates across teams and participates in test reviews.
