Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 7+ years of software test or quality assurance experience.
• Experience as a lead tester participating in software requirements clarification.
• Experience as a test engineer with system-level expertise.
• Experience with design change assessments and software review boards.
• Proficiency in at least one test automation framework and scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate software test plans and reports.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of test plans across teams.
• Identify and diagnose product failures with engineers.
• Document test procedures and maintain test audits.
