Job summary
Tandem Diabetes Care in Del Mar, California, is seeking a Sr. Software Test Engineer I to define and lead test projects, build validation strategies, and ensure quality across the software platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer sciences or related field.
- 5-7+ years’ experience with software test or quality assurance.
- Experience as a lead tester who participates in specification and clarification of software requirements.
- Expert in one or more test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements software validation test plans.
- Prepares and reviews test plan reports including pass/fail evaluations.
- Leads cross-functional reviews of test plans across teams.
- Documents software test audits in accordance with procedures.
- Diagnoses and reproduces product failures with engineers.
- Plans and implements test strategies for system upgrades.
- Coordinates with R&D, Technical Support and Quality Engineers to align testing with specs.
