Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Test Engineer I to define and lead test projects, review test plans, and ensure quality across the product portfolio.

The role requires embedding CI-driven validation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and producing detailed reports on test results for software engineering. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer sciences or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience with software test or quality assurance
• Experience as a lead tester participating in specification and software requirements

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads test projects by defining schedules, reviewing test plans, tools and test automation frameworks
• Oversees documentation of test operations and reports results to software engineering
• Estimates test efforts for new project deliverables
• Keeps department manager informed of activities and issues
