Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking a Software Test Analyst 3 to provide testing support for public-facing applications serving Michigan residents. You will focus on quality, accuracy, and reliability of enhancements across QoL agency projects.

The role requires developing and executing test plans, validating changes, and collaborating with DTMB teams to meet standards and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing including test planning, case design, execution, defect docs, and process improvement.
• 5+ years creating and managing test cases and acceptance criteria in Agile projects.
• 2+ years communicating testing impacts with senior management and aligning on testing approaches.
• 2+ years testing IT solutions designed for public use (accessibility, performance, security).

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Validate changes to support agency goals and comply with DTMB standards.
