Zenfreed, LLC is seeking a Software Test Analyst 3 to support Michigan's QoL agencies through DTMB Agency Services. You will develop and run test plans, ensure quality of public-facing applications, and collaborate with the QA/BA team to align with agency standards.

The role is hybrid in Michigan with on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays; local candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Strong testing, communication, and regulatory awareness are essential.

Formación

• 5 years of comprehensive software testing including test planning, case design, execution, and defect analysis.
• Experience creating and refining test cases within Agile projects, including user story validation.
• 2 years communicating testing impacts with senior management and aligning on risk and defect resolution.
• Public-facing IT solutions testing including accessibility, performance, and security checks.
• Experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility and vulnerability triage.
• Familiarity with state/federal regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear communication.
• Validate changes to meet DTMB standards and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide testing input.
• Support QA/BA team during QoL operations.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and clear communication.
• Guide agency partners through DTMB processes and quality standards.
• Learn new applications, workflows, and project contexts quickly.
• Build strong working relationships and adapt to priorities.
