Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for QoL agency projects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for public-facing apps.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Validate system changes to support agency goals and DTMB standards and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute testing perspectives to requirements and QA improvements.
