Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, MI is seeking a Software Test Analyst 3 to provide testing support for QoL agency projects. You will develop and execute test plans, ensure functional and non-functional quality, and collaborate with project stakeholders to improve processes.

The role requires extensive software testing experience within Agile environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving agency needs and priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years conducting comprehensive software testing activities.
• Minimum of 5 years creating, refining, and managing test cases and acceptance criteria in Agile projects.
• Minimum of 2 years communicating testing impacts with senior management.
• Minimum of 2 years testing IT solutions designed for public use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear communication for resolution.
• Validate system changes to support agency goals and compliance.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to testing perspective and process improvement.
