Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of comprehensive software testing experience.
• 5+ years refining and managing test cases within Agile projects.
• 2+ years communicating testing impacts to senior management.
• 2+ years testing public-facing IT solutions for usability and security.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2 years ADA/WCAG accessibility and compliance testing.
• 2 years reviewing vulnerability scan results.
• 1 year experience with systems governed by state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Validate system changes and enhancements to support agency goals and compliance with DTMB standards.
• Participate in project meetings, provide input on requirements from a testing perspective, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Additionally, this role serves as a key member of the Agency Services QA/BA team, contributing to various support requests and operational team activities.
