Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight on design and development of software, hardware and firmware systems.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion with quality control and industry standards.
• Lead technical exchanges with customers and JT4 staff; coordinate cross‑utilization of expertise.
• Assist IPT project manager with multiple development projects; evaluate risks and resources.
• Mentor and guide technical staff; support procurement and vendor evaluation.
