Job summary
JT4, LLC is seeking an experienced Engineer IV to serve as a technical advisor on a broad program involving development, budgeting, scheduling, and installation of systems for USAF and allied programs. The role emphasizes leadership in design, testing, and customer interfaces at all levels.
The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive test missions, analyze data, and deliver technical papers while maintaining compliance with engineering standards and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution; or equivalent
- Advanced degrees (MS/PhD) with related engineering experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering supervision for development, testing, integration, and sustainment of systems
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams from quotation to final design
- Prepare test plans, schedules, budgets, and analyze test results
- Develop design specifications for complex projects and ensure documentation compliance
- Support proposals and assess scope of work with technical leadership
