Job summary

AV is seeking a Software-Systems Analyst to support the G-SIL in Huntsville. You will join a multidisciplinary team to plan, execute, analyze, and report on real-time test events and experiments for Army IAMD systems.

You will evaluate performance, identify defects, and communicate findings to leadership, leveraging experience in software analysis, simulation, and system integration. Clearances and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience.
5+ years of experience in software analysis, simulation, system integration or related tech discipline.
Experience analyzing software or system test results.
Ability to communicate technical findings to senior leadership.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

Evaluate IAMD system capabilities against requirements and ICDs.
Conduct readiness and performance assessments of IBCS and related radars and weapons.
Develop and execute test cases and provide technical direction for test stimuli.
Verify and validate simulation tools and post-process data logs.
Analyze IBCS FMS software builds with foreign sensors/weapons.
Independently review data, reconcile discrepancies, and form conclusions.
Perform operational test and fielding analyses for deployed units.
Document defects in JIRA and communicate issues to teams.
Create technical analyses and briefings for leadership and data community.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and test personnel to resolve issues.
