Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to own complex production issues across its SaaS platforms. This hands-on role works with application code, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure to diagnose root causes and implement long-term solutions.

You'll contribute to software development and modernization, mentoring engineers, and building AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application support, or production support within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across application code, databases, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL, and familiarity with AngularJS.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 3 production support, investigating and resolving escalated issues from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and fix code across Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring problems across apps, DBs, and infra.
• Collaborate with Eng, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve stability and performance.
• Develop automation scripts and AI-assisted tools to streamline diagnostics and support.
