Management Performance Associates is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to take ownership of complex production issues across our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role working with application code, databases, and cloud infrastructure to diagnose, fix, and prevent issues while improving reliability and customer experience.

You'll collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to modernization initiatives including

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software engineering or production support in SaaS.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across code, databases, and infra.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL; AngularJS familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Own Tier 3 production support and resolve escalated issues end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot issues in Rails, React/TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL; implement fixes.
• Perform root-cause analysis across applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve stability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop scripts and AI-assisted tools to streamline troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Contribute to product modernization and migration from legacy technologies.
