Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues.
• Triage mechanical, electrical, and software bugs.
• Create bug reports for the development team.
• Travel to customer sites for support and troubleshooting.

Skills

Ability to read code and diagnose issues

Software development or test (QA) experience

Education
