• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in relevant field and 3 years experience in engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Improve tool performance in a clean room environment.
• Solve critical equipment issues to enhance uptime availability.
• Install and qualify new tool sets according to standards.

Skills

Experience with semiconductor manufacturing principles

5nm technology knowledge

Experience with ALD, lithography, CVD, RTP

Mechanical component design

Experience with Creo 3D CAD

Education

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience
