The foundation of our business is our ERP product designed to help large specialty contractors manage and streamline their work that directly impacts their bottom line. We are looking to add a senior software support engineer to this product team who is excited by solving complex problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with teammates and customers.

What will you do?

  1. Research, troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical product issues reported by our customers - addressing the short-term need, but also keeping in mind how future incidents could be prevented or resolved more quickly.
  2. Contribute to critical product updates including new features, bug fixes, and compliance updates.
  3. Collaborate with product management to ensure product updates and requests align with the best interest of our customers and product.
  4. Develop and maintain complex utility programs and scripts to maintain and manipulate data.
  5. Collaborate directly with our customers to find solutions for their complex problems.
  6. Assist with deployment of product patches and updates.
  7. Contribute to the improvement of products and services by identifying recurring customer issues or patterns and implementing proactive solutions.

What will you bring?

  1. Desire and ability to learn quickly.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Knowledge in ANSI C and/or PowerBuilder.
  4. Database development experience with Oracle and PL SQL.
  5. Experience working with Linux Operating System.
  6. Experience working with Windows Operating System.
  7. Experience in developing or supporting an ERP or accounting-related applications such as general ledger, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
