Job description

• Coordinate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
• Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services
• Deal with support application from Level 1 team
• Resolve issues about the infrastructure and network, identify the root cause and document tickets.
• Document incidents, by starting from the root cause analysis and provide long term solutions to incidents presented.
• Ensure the correct functioning of products assigned to be supported.
• Implement the latest updates/upgrades of the products to be supported.
