Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead complex software sourcing across global lines of business. The role involves category assessment, vendor due diligence, RFx, negotiations, and contracting while guiding a team of sourcing managers.

You will partner with legal, risk and finance, drive supplier engagements, and deliver savings while ensuring compliance with contracting principles in a hybrid Houston-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sourcing experience.
• 6+ years experience in sourcing software.
• 3+ years managing personnel.
• Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across multiple lines of business.
• Negotiate price and terms to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Manage complex software sourcing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor a team of software sourcing managers and drive performance.
• Coordinate with legal, risk and finance for negotiations and initiatives.
