Job summary

Korn Ferry in partnership with our client seeks a Procurement Manager specializing in Software, SaaS and Technology for a hybrid schedule in Georgia. You will own sourcing strategies, lead RFx, negotiate agreements, manage software licensing and vendor performance, and collaborate with Legal, Finance and Security to realize cost savings.

The role requires cross-functional partnership, strong analytics, and clear communication to optimize technology spend, including renewals, reporting, and risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing software, SaaS, cloud, or technology suppliers.
• Proven success negotiating complex agreements and leading sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, and technology spend categories.
• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Identify cost savings, optimization opportunities, and commercial improvements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Security, and Technology teams on supplier initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and manage escalations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, licensing, and risk management requirements.
• Prepare reporting and analytics related to spend, savings, renewals, and supplier performance.
