Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Manager for Quality Management System (QMS) to lead the enterprise QMS program in alignment with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

You will drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience. You will lead a team, shape process standards, and influence stakeholders to achieve systemic quality excellence with a hands-on, strategic approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in Quality Management Systems/Quality Engineering/Regulatory Compliance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on IATF16949/ISO9001 QMS experience.
• Deep expertise: IATF16949, ISO9001, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, risk mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise QMS leadership aligned with IATF16949/ISO9001.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and governance across functions.
• Drive standardized processes and governance across org.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee training and organizational development.
• Lead and develop Quality team and partners.
