RTX is seeking a Senior Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems. The role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with responsibilities spanning reviews, audits, and compliance activities within software quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of Quality or Engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile: SCRUM, CI/CD, and software quality metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• SWQE Tasks: Review Deliverables, policies, release packages, requirements changes, defects, and artifacts.
• Participate in Peer Reviews, Control Boards, tracking metrics, and audits.
• Test Witnessing and audits; ensure compliance and traceability across lifecycle.
