Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Senior Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) in McKinney, Texas. You will review deliverables, manage software release artifacts, and participate in peer reviews, audits, and governance boards.

The role focuses on compliance, product integrity, and measurement of software quality attributes. A US government clearance is required, with a STEM degree and 5+ years in quality/engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years in Quality/Engineering.
