Job summary

Raytheon in Massachusetts is seeking an onsite Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS). You will collaborate with software, systems, integration/test, and safety teams in a secure lab environment and conduct audits, reviews, and testing activities. This role requires U.S.

citizenship, ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, and a STEM degree. Primary site: Tewksbury with occasional testing at Andover, Pelham, Marlborough.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Review of Document Deliverables, Policies, SW Release Packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps), SW Requirements Changes, SW/System Defects, SW Pulls (Code Reviews), Media, and Test Artifacts.
• Participation in Peer Reviews (SW, SE), Control Boards (CCB, SRB), Tracking Books (Metrics), Test Witnessing (SQT, FQT), and Audits.
