Job summary

Raytheon seeks an onsite Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems. You will review deliverables, participate in peer reviews, control boards, and audits, ensuring software quality and contractual compliance in secure labs and dedicated spaces.

The role collaborates with software, systems, and hardware quality teams, applying Agile/DevSecOps practices and requires ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Education and 2 years of Quality or Engineering experience.
• 2 years’ working experience in a Quality or Technical role with a combination of applying principles across Agile, testing, requirements, and software lifecycle.
• Experience with release management, metrics, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables, policies, SW release packages, requirements changes, and test artifacts.
• Participate in peer reviews, control boards, tracking books, and audits.
